  • Knowing why can help to judge the correct time/quality input ratio
  • Leave twice as much time during estimation
  • Create personal deadlines can help one to prioritize

**In Progress**:

  • Constantly making specific assumptions towards objective breakdown, and then get corrected by experts
  • Aim for 80% completion rather than 100% because work is to create value rather than getting the full mark. And there is no need to be surpassing expectation for the non-important but must-do work

  • 3 is a magic number to illustrate points
  • Breakthrough ideas could come from another field like philosophy, arts, literature, science
