- What you can save: extravagant spendings, materialistic desires.
可以在哪些地方节省，怎么解决自己乱花钱和物质的欲望。
- How you can solve problems for your expenses: e.g. high transportation costs might lead you to finding a new location.
怎么为自己解决一方面过多支出方面的问题。例如换房子租可以解决交通费用昂贵的问题。
- Whether you have generated passive income: e.g. diversifying your income sources in for instance: real estate, index funds, house hacking, selling insurance, or being a writer. Finding a new niche is much more difficult than finding an existing product or service to improve on. Remember 99% of the things in the world somebody has already attempted.
有没有为自己创造被动型收入。譬如有收房租，投资期指，房地产，买保险，写博客等。找新定位无疑是难上加难，我们应该在已经存在的产品或者服务上找新营销角度。记住世上百分之99的事都会有人已经试过了。
- Whether you have allocated part of your income to self improvement: Warren Buffet said the best investment decision he had done was on self-improvement. It could be as simple as signing up for a cooking class or renewing your gym membership. The most common things people include in this category are books and online courses.
有没有分一部分支出用于自我提升。巴菲特曾经说过他做过最明智的投资选择是在自己身上。这可以是学做菜，或者去办张健身卡，又或是考研等等。
- Will your asset appreciate or depreciate: Smart people tend to have a better insight on what can appreciate at different timepoints, and invest in those.
想一想你的资产以后会升值还是贬值。聪明的投资人会有找到会升值东西的洞察力。
