A 30-year experience driver can be worse than a 5-year experience driver. A 30-year experience doctor can be worse than a 5-year experience medical school student. Someone with 10 hour practice can be better than someone with 10000 hour practice. But how do we achieve that?

The theories behind can be read at http://nautil.us/issue/35/boundaries/not-all-practice-makes-perfect. But below I have listed the few key points:

  • People in this world are always doing the impossible
  • A good practice needs challenge
  • A good practice needs specific purpose
  • A good practice needs to be away from comfort zone
